Bill Wisialowski

Bill is the CEO and Managing Member of Regulator Group, LLC, an independent sponsor of investments in late-stage venture and growth companies. Bill has more than thirty years of investment banking and financial advisory experience in a full range of services, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, and public and private capital raising.

Bill has completed more than one hundred M&A transactions and more than thirty financing transactions in the technology, healthcare and business services sectors. Bill was COO and CFO of NeuraMetrix, Inc., an early-stage digital health company. Bill was founder and principal of Craftsman Advisors, providing financial advisory consulting services to investors and management teams of growth companies. He was also co-founder and a managing partner of Seven Hills Partners, a specialty boutique advisory firm that provided M&A and capital raising services to growth companies and their capital providers.

Before co-founding Seven Hills, Bill was a managing director at Robertson Stephens & Company, where he was co-head of the M&A department. Prior to that, he served as vice president in the M&A department of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated and on the audit staff of Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co.

Bill graduated from the University of Chicago with an MBA in finance and economics and from the University of Wisconsin with a BBA in Accounting and Finance. He is also certified public accountant.
