Santino Spagnoli
Managing Director, Mainframe Global Center of Excellence
As Managing Director of mLogica’s Mainframe Global Center of Excellence, Santino drives the development of innovative capabilities and tools to continuously optimize automation processes, for ever-greater accuracy and efficiency in legacy mainframe modernization. His team also provides key technical consulting to support mLogica’s sales divisions worldwide.
Santino served as chief executive officer at Reverse Paradigm until 2021, when Reverse Paradigm joined mLogica. He has also worked in key roles at globally-recognized companies including NTT Data, Dell, Clerity and HTWC.
With previous roles as global modernization team lead and director of migration services, Santino brings over twenty-five years’ experience to his role at mLogica, having helmed hundreds of successful mainframe migrations throughout Europe and the Middle East.
He has a degree in Computer Science from I.T.I.S. A. Pacinotti and a certification in Red Hat Linux System Administration and RHCT from Red Hat Inc. in Rome.
Santino lives with his fiancée in Rome, Italy.
