Matteo Minotti

Matteo Minotti brings over twenty years’ experience in the mainframe legacy database and application modernization industry to his role at mLogica.

He served as chief operating officer at Reverse Paradigm until 2021, when Reverse Paradigm joined mLogica. He has also worked in key roles at globally-recognized companies including Deutsche Bank, IBM, Dell and NTT Data.

Matteo has overseen countless modernization projects across a wide array of industries and sectors. Having served hundreds of clients, in roles including account manager, project manager, program manager and delivery manager, he brings uniquely holistic insight to each mLogica mainframe modernization project. 

Matteo holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Milano and lives with his wife and three children, splitting his time between Milan, Italy and Zary, Poland.
