Firoze Musthafa

A digital transformation veteran, Firoze has almost two and a half decades of experience in the IT industry. At mLogica, Firoze has been pivotal in streamlining, building, and continuously evolving the robust IT management team that powers uninterrupted operations across our offices. Combining his understanding of the evolving IT landscape with his supply chain management expertise, he has spearheaded the creation of an overall delivery structure to ensure mLogica meets the highest client satisfaction standards. Seasoned in tactical planning and growth, mergers and divestitures integrations, and project leadership, Firoze has been at the center of establishing and implementing the standards and procedures to continuously monitor and improve the project success metrics, optimize resource allocation, and improve overall organizational efficiency. Prior to joining mLogica, Firoze held numerous leadership positions at Infineon Technologies and managed multi-geography large-scale teams to complete complex projects while managing resources, hardware management, budgeting, and day-to-day operations. Firoze completed his bachelor’s in technology in Electrical Engineering and holds the PRIMA certification for project management.
